The lands and forestry of Clausholm make up a comprehensive business that covers several farms and woods.

A total of 900 hectares are split between the following properties:

• Clausholm Park and woods
• The original Clausholm farm buildings
• Schildenseje
• The Estrup farm
• The Sophie-Amalie farm
• Sophienlund
• Mygind woods

The site quality varies significantly, and virtually all soil types – from heavy clay to black top-soil from the river valley – are represented. The production is farmed out concentrating mainly on agriculture and crop production – with cereal crops being the most important.

The production, at present leased out, is based on the desire for maximum flexibility and optimization in the rapidly changing world of agriculture.
